The Universo Barista is an interaction that presents the universe of the barista, showing characteristics and curiosities of the preparation and consumption of coffee in various ways in different countries.
The Roda dos Sabores is an exploration of the coffee flavor wheel, which was created at the end of the 20th century. It consisted of a circle with three distinct sections, which identified more basic aroma notes and flavors. The evolution in the classification system allows the taster of today to identify more than 150 attributes of the drink.
